WHY PULP WASTE PROCESSING PLANT
Pulp waste processing plants reduce the amount of waste and prevent environmental pollution by processing the waste generated in the paper recycling process. These facilities contribute to the protection of natural resources and sustainable production by separating waste with high calorific value and utilizing it as fuel.
MAIN STEPS OF PULP WASTE PROCESSING PLANT
- Pre-sorting and Screening: Pulp waste is first separated from large foreign materials and sieved to the appropriate size.
- Shredding: Pulp waste is shredded to a certain size to facilitate sorting.
- Sorting: The shredded pulp waste is mechanically separated into three categories: waste with high calorific value, magnetized metals, and non-calorific products.
- Dewatering and Baling: Waste with high calorific value is dehumidified with dewatering equipment and baled to be transported as fuel.
