WHY LDPE SORTING PLANTS
LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene) recycling provides significant environmental and economic benefits. It helps preserve natural resources and reduces the amount of waste in landfills. LDPE recycling also saves energy and reduces greenhouse gas emissions. In addition, using recycled LDPE in the production of new products reduces production costs. As a result, LDPE recycling plays a critical role in promoting a sustainable future.
LDPE SORTING PLANT MAIN STEPS
- Collection and Separation: Used LDPE products (bags, stretch film) are collected through waste collection systems and separated from other recyclable materials.
- Shredding and Washing: LDPE products are shredded into small pieces. Shredded LDPE is washed to remove dirt and other foreign materials.
- Melting and Granulation: Shredded LDPE is melted and turned into granules. These granules are used as raw materials in the production of new LDPE products.
- Remanufacturing: Recycled LDPE can be used in a variety of areas, including garbage bags and packaging materials, construction products, garden equipment, automotive parts and floor coverings.
